Wadena Area Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce this year's recognition awards to be presented at the Chamber Appreciation Banquet on Monday, April 7 at the Wadena VFW.
This is an event that brings our community together to honor and recognize individuals and businesses for their impact on Wadena.

⭐️ Outstanding Nonprofit: Someplace Safe Wadena Office
⭐️ Cornerstone Award: The Paper Family / Wadena Hide and Fur Co. and Weber's Wadena Hardware Co.
⭐️ Bob Zosel Award: Luther & Marilyn Nervig
We are thrilled to also welcome Amy Trombley from the Initiative Foundation as our guest speaker at this year’s banquet.
Amy brings a wealth of experience in community and economic development, and she’s passionate about helping small businesses and local leaders thrive. Her insights and inspiring message will be a highlight of the evening as we celebrate the amazing individuals and businesses that make Wadena such a strong and vibrant community.
BANQUET DETAILS:
The community is invited to attend this ticketed event. Social hour is from 6 to 6:45 p.m. with the meal and program to follow.
The evening's meal will be catered and sponsored by The BBQ Smokehouse of Wadena -- thank you, Tyler and Kari! Your ticket includes your choice of a pork ribs or smoked chicken (and sides), dessert and a drink ticket.
Tickets are $20 each (includes meal, dessert and one drink ticket) and can be purchased at the Chamber office (located at The Depot at 100 Aldrich Ave SW).
